Pre-delivery testing items for Tonlita spider cranes.

Once the machine is completed and prior to shipment, we conduct tests to verify its performance and quality, and a video of the testing is sent to the customer. The machine is shipped only after the customer has given their approval. Below is a summary of the test items:
• Appearance Inspection:Verify paint finish uniformity and coating thickness; inspect for scratches, rust, dents, or surface defects; confirm logo and branding customization; inspect structural weld quality; check crawler rubber tracks/pads for damage; ensure all covers, guards, and protective panels are securely installed; inspect the hook, wire rope, and sheaves for wear or damage.
• No-Load Functional Test:Perform a complete functional test including main boom lifting/lowering, telescopic boom extension/retraction, 360° continuous slewing, crawler travel (forward, reverse, steering), full extension/retraction of all four outriggers, joystick operation, wireless remote control. All movements shall operate smoothly without abnormal vibration, delay, or sticking.
•  Load Test:Perform a load test according to the rated load chart. Verify the lifting capacity, boom stability, telescopic boom operation, winch performance, and 360° slewing under load. Confirm that the load moment indicator, overload protection system, and all safety devices operate correctly. Ensure the machine runs smoothly without abnormal noise, vibration, deformation, or hydraulic oil leakage.
•  Power System Inspection:Verify smooth engine starting under both cold and hot conditions. Check that the engine idles steadily without abnormal vibration or unusual noise. Inspect the fuel system for leaks, including fuel lines, connections, and filters. Confirm that engine oil pressure, coolant temperature operate normally.
•  Hydraulic System Inspection :Inspect all hydraulic hoses, pipelines, fittings, cylinder rod seals, valve manifolds, hydraulic tank connections, pumps, and motors. Ensure there are no signs of oil leakage, seepage, dripping, or oil mist.
•Check normal operation of the load moment indicator, remote-control emergency stop buttons. Ensure all audible and visual safety alarms work correctly. Hazardous movements will be automatically disabled upon reaching safety limits.
