A project implementer in Germany rented a spider crane from Tonlita for a residential glass installation project. The task involved installing large glass panels into a two-story building, but with limited space available in the narrow yard of the property, the YXC300 was the perfect choice.

The Tonlita YXC300, with its 3-ton lifting capacity and maximum lifting height of 10.5 meters, allowed the crane to easily access the upper levels of the building. The compact size of the YXC300 enabled it to maneuver in the restricted yard where other larger machines would have struggled to fit.

Equipped with a 400kg capacity glass vacuum lifter, also supplied by our company, the crane carefully lifted and positioned the glass panels into place with precision. The vacuum lifter ensured safe handling and accurate placement of each panel into the building’s window frames.

Thanks to its ease of use and remote control operation, the YXC300 provided the customer with both speed and safety during the installation. This project showcased how the YXC300 Spider Crane is an ideal solution for residential glazing work, especially when working in confined spaces where traditional lifting equipment cannot operate.
